Cobra, bomber edition

Having two versions of the Diamondback was unexpected and a very good surprise! Thanks FD!
Now, I would love to see some variations for the current ships as well :)

What I have in mind would be a modified Cobra with:
- Two class 3 hardpoints, located below the ship (not good for gimballed based dogfight)
- Only one class 4 and three class 2 internals.
- Same Thrusters, Distributor, FSD, etc...
- A bit more armor rating, but also more hull weight...
- ...consequently, lesser agility and weaker shield.

You then get a ship, made for hit and run, nailing plasma accelerator or cannon shots (and if FD wants to give some love to some efficient class 3 torpedo pylons someday..?) at high speed on the target. Not good for dogfight, not good for tanking, not good for trading, but...fun!

So far, I am using this build at conflict zone and i am having way more fun than by tanking with a Vulture:

(cargo racks installed because they do not add any weight and I keep a top speed of 445m/s)

With two C3 hardpoints, the A3 distributor couldn't even fire a pair of B3 PA rounds before becoming exhausted. If there was going to be a bomber, It should be a very, very unmaneuverable Vulture with shield-penetrating missiles and regular, Class 3 (which don't exist yet) missiles. Great for hit and run against large ships, but couldn't out-turn an Anaconda.

I can imagine the Cobra as a missile boat, but it's shape simply doesn't fit the bomber role, but the Vulture looks nothing like a fighter :)

Obviously all IMO

Mmmh, 3A distributor has 24MJ, and I am not sure how much takes a shot of class 3 Plasma Accelerator... I had in mind to almost deplete the WEP capacitor when using a double class 3 PA. now if a 4A distributor is required for PA, why not, and players using cannons can downgrade to class 3 to decrease weight and increase speed.

Now about an unmaneuverable armored bomber, I'm afraid this would not last long at a conflict zone. And for a maneuverable armored bomber, you have the python already.
But my point is that, flying the latter, you must tank while what I meant is a very fast ship, with paper shield, average armor, which fires one shot, fly away, and come back.
