Cobra engine features.

Where can I find a features list of what COBRA can do?
DX11 support is obvious, the engine SHOULD be 64 bit and things like dynamic lighting are expected.

Where can an actual list be found?

And can we expect things like tessellation or the easier to render bump mapping?

What about detailed cockpits with actual 6DOF movement in the cockpits?
Right now movement is so limited it may as well not be there :(

Global Illumination wont happen, probably not even voxel based like cry engine had in 2007 but a list would be nice.


Does anyone have/know where I could find such a list?
 
From what I understand FDEV are going for the deferred lighting approach, used in games like the Dead Space series and Bioshock Infinite. ;)
 
I think normal/bump mapping is used for the surfaces of planet (best example: Anahit, look at day/night border), so it is supported (would be dumb when not).
 
I believe that the engine use a lot of plugins and therefore Vortex base game mechanics is also possible.

I assume in that case, something must be setup improperly on your end. Wearing the rift, I can stand up, walk around my captains chair and look at it from behind.
 
And make yourself a cup of Earl Gray, hot? ;)

Actually, I did that in terrible video I made to demonstrate that interacting with ones environment isn't a problem whilst wearing the rift somewhere at 3:30 when I was drunk (well - espresso - not earl grey in my case, but they make make tea-machines too ;)).

Anyhow - just pointing out that this point of criticism is most likely related to a problem on the users end, not a limitation of the engine.
