Newcomer / Intro Cobra M5 + Gametrix ECS bindings

Can anybody share their bindings profile for Cobra M5 + Gametrix ECS HOTAS? I couldn't find any online.

I came from Freespace 2 and can't quite wrap around my head to devise a comfortable binding profile for myself for this game.

There's an example of someone's bindings for the M5 here.

Mybe take a look at some bindings for the X52 - it seems to have a similar crown and throttle.
