I wonder when we will start to see "Make the Viper Mk IV available to all" threads. If I remember correctly that ship is only available to those who bought Horizons before the release of Beyond (ED 3.x).
Nope, the Viper MK IV is available to everyone, only the Cobra IV isn't.
