Newcomer / Intro cobra mk iv still available for purchase ...?

I'm an old kickstarter and Horizon's expansion client recently (couple months) returned. I've been looking for a Cobra MK IV but
haven't found one at a shipyard yet. Are they still in game available to purchase if you happened to be around back then and purchased
Horizons?

Hi, yes they should be. I realised I did not have one on my carrier and picked one up at Jameson a few weeks ago.

Thanks ... my previous cmdr had one but as I had played (last) a few years ago I thought it best to start fresh. Just haven't had any luck finding one so far it seems.
