If the Cobra Exclusive 'is' being flown by NPCs on the PS4, that is just wrong, in so many ways.
I agree. I've complained about it but tbh no one cares and I gave up on caring too. It seems everyone who has one's real opinion is they suck and only say otherwise try to bother those of us who can't get one.

Well, not really. It is a good ship, with lots of good uses, for the low costs of the ship and fitting it out, it is an excellent, stepping stone, between the starter Sidewinder and a say, a Python.
Years ago, it could fill in the gaps on the way up, like many other smalls that are now overlooked. Some of the best cargo capacity for the price point. Personally, I skipped it in my progression. I didn't know I had access to it until I'd moved into something else, so it's not like it's a big game breaker or anything.
If you're already in a Cobra III, you're equipped well enough that a Cobra IV won't drastically improve your experience. If your only goal was to get a larger ship, you wouldn't have it long before moving into something better, especially since it's much easier to make money than it used to be.

I still make a point of destroying Cobra Mark IV’s, if we cannot have them, then neither can any NPC in my instance.

The master race elites can shove their fugly Cobra IV into the nearest black hole for all I care, unless you can get it with sharks teeth decals like on FE2. Even back then I didn’t bother flying one, I think I’m just stubborn.
