Cobra MK3 hazardous ship kit - permanent structural damage look?

I have all structural damage repaired on this ship .. however, hazardous kit looks quite weared ... is it intentional? I'm not sure whether writing bug report into issues tracker have chance to be even noticed or should I open ticket with support? It is paid cosmetic part after all ...

It is the same on Python kit too. Presumably they didn't have the personnel resources to produce anything but the one paint "underlay" (is that what they call the layer that colours are laid on?) - so picked a knackered one.

If my memory serves that wasn't the case when those hazard kits were introduced. They looked shiny and new, some parts even like polished stainless steel and I'm pretty sure the used look appeared with the usual wear and tear of the ship and went away with one of the repairs, I guess it was the paint repair.

And now it looks like the kits have been uncoupled from that and do always show the "ultimate rotten" look. Unmounting and remounting seems to have no effect on this, too. 🤷‍♂️

It was the same with Asp (got fixed in U15.01 I think) but it seems FDev didn't even check other ships and their kits.
Krait hazard kit still suffers from the same problem:

It seems as if QA fixed strictly only what was reported and didn't even bother to check the other kits. Fortunately they have their player base do it for them.
I only own these two (Asp and Krait) so I can't tell if other kits have been fixed or not. I heard that Python had the same problem but I can't verify that.

I would like to report this in the issue tracker but it turns out the tracker itself is bugged as well. Every single one of my report after submission goes to "Cannot load data" (or something like that) state.

To be fair how many pieces of hazard machinery get a full repaint every time, its more of a "will replace it when its knackered guvnor" 😂
