I'd agree with Corlas because it's a different ship and modeled differently chances are devs will opt to bring out it's own skins.

Different model, different UV map. It's possible to make different models such that they do share the same UV map and the same texture can be applied to both, but their overall shape has to be more similar than the MkIII and MkIV are.

I know about the technical sides, don't worry, but it would just be nice if someone jumps over their own shadow and says "yes, you own Mk III paintjobs and they also apply for the Mk IV Series"... You know, what I mean, just a matter of good will...

Maybe its bug, but the Cobra Mk IV Horizons paint jobs appeared in my Mk III liveries.

So technically no problem to have all purchased paintjobs on both ship i think, its just FD's decision they give it us or want more milk...

the Horizons paintjob? you mean the black friday paint?
