Newcomer / Intro Cobra upgrades, any inputs?

I am about halfway to saving up to the following planned upgrades. Do you guys think this will be a nice setup for some bounty hunting, light exploring and som rare runs?
(I have a T6 i will continue to fly for some steady income to support the Cobra fun)
Something I better change? If so, why is that?

You maybe want to switch some lasers for ballistic weaponry (e.g. gimballed cannons/multi-cannons). Your power distributor won't allow a constant fire from those four lasers, so two of them are wasted.

Why do you have three gimballed and one fixed weapon? I recommend going for a D-rated life support: the 7.5 minute oxygen is more than enough for anyone but deep space explorers (and for them 30 min may not even be enough either!), and it is way lighter so you'll get better thruster/shield performance. Also, if you are going for light-exploration, drop de 2E cargo rack for deep surface scanner, it'll double the income and give you all info. With that you can try and break the Stellar Records (see topic in general discussion forum).

The fixed weapon was a mistake. It was supposed to be gimballed. I can change the life support I guess, but I don´t know if i will have enough power to support a surface scanner? I will check it out. Thanks

You have plenty of power. Remember you can easily go to 108% power usage by using module prioritization. Just disable non-essential modules when in combat situation. You can do this by setting your scanners and FSD to priority '3' in the riht menu, modules tab. That way when you deploy weapons and use too much power these modules will be disabled first. You can't use these modules in combat anyway, so there is no functionality lost.
