That wide view is all very pretty, but during combat it can be a liability. Would it be possible to add a module that gives the ability to raise/lower physical blast shields around the cockpit? Your view would be limited to a small area in front, but you'd be much safer from vacuum exposure... until the blast shields themselves are blown away.
