[Cockpit] Left / Right Seat - allow switching of pilot position (Imperial ships etc.)

Hello all,

there are several (large) ships with exactly two main seats in the front of the cockpit,
but the pilots seat is always fixed to one of them. Id like to propose allowing to switch
the seat E.g. for the Imperial ships to be able to pilot them from the left seat instead.

Id love that even if it doesnt effect gameplay that much.
