I like that we get a notification that a module is being used in the wrong cockpit mode but can we please get an option to disable it or at least get a minimized notice about it? It takes up half the screen and frankly its annoying. For example I would like to bind my D scanner and a weapon to the same firegroup to make things more simple and streamlined but when I do that it constantly screams at me and takes up half the screen. I have to make an entirely new firegroup because I cant stand that.

People have been asking for this since the beta, but alas, FD seem to have moved on from refining anything from that patch.
I'd expect to see this kind of QOL improvement sometime within about 36 months of them getting rid of the DSS bug...

That might be so; but I figure if we keep bringing it up every now and then it might encourage them to fix it.
