actually, if you are tall enough, you could just put two holes in the floor to put your legs through and two in the side for your arms.

Seriously, if anyone is thinking about one of these just contact your local joinery shop who could knock this up in a day for less than a few hundred.

Looks like something you could easily build yourself with a few tools. Pull open armrest where the desktop is installed. Arm pads the lift up probably with cubby holes. What looks like a incline weight bench chair.
