For what it's worth, I went through that grind myself yesterday. I found a guide aimed at using settlements in the LOS system to farm them, and it worked pretty well. I ended up farming all the faction associates and cocktail/cuisine recipes I needed in a day.
The guide is a couple of years old, but it still applies.
