I suppose textures are a bit better. Although, that amount of bloom or whatever it is makes me want to poke my eyes out. It's probably there to mask the fact how incredibly dated it looks. And to some extend it's doing it's job, but I wish it wasn't there.

It's basic ENB Series profile with custom tonemapping. I wouldn't call it mod. And it's definitely not as "next gen" as Skyrim is with a top notch ENB.

I think it looks great. Certainly better than aged vanilla graphics. But I suppose it's all personal preference.

I would really like to play Normandy invasion from German perspective, same as many other scenarios. [up] But I guess this idea is to "radical" for people to handle and we will never see AAA title telling story of German soldiers.

I remember a Vietnam war game I used to play and the devs didn't bother to censor the language as they wanted to show the real deal. It was met with massive racist criticism. I applaud the devs for showing how it really was and not trying to glorify it. So, yeah, a WW2 game scenario from the other perspective would be fresh iteration.
