Codex and historical data

Hi,

Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, I couldn't find anything about it in among the many threads on 3.3, but my question is this:

When 3.3 is released, will my codex contain things I've already visited/unlocked? For example, I'm thinking of finally doing the "Decoding the ancient ruins" mission, and I assume there are Codex entries relating to this (like logging the data I download at the ruins). Will these be added to my Codex on day 1 or would it be like I'd never been to the ruins?

Just wondering as if it will only include what I do after 3.3 then I'll hold off on the ruins visit, I want to have all that work recorded in my shiny new codex

Let's hope it's not like the last introduced, 'systems visited' mechanic where dumbly/lazily it was only, systems visited from that point forth...

I thought it was said in the Livestream which included the Codex, that Adam said it would contain our previous log journal info, though he didn't know how far back in time it would go.

Thanks for the replies, looks like my inner completionist is safe to go exploring the Guardian ruins before 3.3 drops
