I am on a bit of an Exploration jaunt at the moment and so I checked my CODEX and found that I had not discovered one of the Water Gas Giant planets. The CODEX kindly pointed me to 109 Piscium for an example of one so off I toddled. When I arrived I honked the Disc Scanner and then to make doubly sure (my OCD comes in handy, I thought) used the FSS on the aforementioned planet. I then travelled over 20ly away and proudly handed in my cartographic data. I was a bit surprised, however, to find that the CODEX still shows this planet type as undiscovered. Any ideas please?

I have had the same issue - first with Jackson's Lighthouse, then with 'terraformable ammonia planet' (whichever one is listed in the codex for inner Orion spur) - FSS, fully mapped in the case of the planet, went off and handed in my exploration data, still showing only as reported not confirmed. I've seen numerous other people reporting this issue with no resolution (or people saying 'just sell the data' but that's not the issue).
I also tried looking in the issue tracker and didn't see anything, but maybe my search skills weren't up to scratch...
