This happened when I entered a system in the Sagittarius-Carina Arm sector from the Trojan Belt Sector. The system had three Notable Stellar Phenomena Signals, and so I went to scan them. When I arrived and scanned the objects, however, nothing popped up in the codex showing I confirmed a report. The codex still showed my current location as the Trojan Belt for some reason, and the organic structures I discovered were not logged. Any thoughts on a fix?
