What to do? Try to get a picture of the galaxy next door and realise that you now want:

• a telescope with a proper goto mount,
• to live in a location with less light pollution...
• ... at higher temperatures, and
• the motivation to go out at night.

All the postprocessing barely separates that thing from the polluted sky, and the Earth just rotates way too fast to get by without tracking.
