General Gameplay Colder climates

I would like it if winter climates could be added with new weather for players to deal with. Extreme fog, wind gusts, blizzards. Also dinosaurs would need new modifications in there DNA the player would have to unlock through a secret Dr. Henry Wu mission. So that they can thrive better in the new environment.

Well, that goes with new islands I suppose? No such thing as cold climate on tropical islands near equator.
