Lack of interest in the final days is allowing supplies to pile up... this would never happen in the other events...
Baseline and regeneration is a lot better too - especially with the Odyssey agricultural settlements as an extra source for Coffee.
With a phase 3 level of participation we'd probably still have run things down to zero in the obvious places, but there are enough sources that at least some of them would have been usable at any time.
