Colonia engineer Mel Brandon not taking my bounty vouchers

Out in Colonia bought a fighter, made 300K+ in Bounties and Mel will not take them? anyone have an answer because I know peeps have brought bounties from the bubble to colonia and he has accepted them.

Provide 100,000 credits worth of bounty vouchers against The Nameless minor faction.

I suspect at least some of those bounty vouchers will need to be against the above

Any Bounty vouchers will do.

I tested this like 10 days ago - i killed a single Anaconda that interdicted me while i was in Asura delivering 200t of Progenitor Cells for Petra. And it definitely wasn't a Nameless pirate

I hope you already have the invitation from Colonia Council and that you relogged after getting the invitation.
