Hi everyone,

Please see the 10 winners of phase 5 of the Colonia Initative. These 10 groups will receive a place in Colonia:

Awesome news! I'm flying my FAS out there now to scout out the new systems. Looking forward to finding out which one the Earth Expeditionary Fleet will be taking residence in.

I had a backup Anaconda mostly full of tourist guides in case the EEF didn't make it yet, if they did I'd have thrown that Conda behind GVC Flying Tigers (the only other group that responded when I said I was going to Colonia so I might as well take rares).

Both made it through this time!

Most of the groups in Colonia have their own Discord servers. You can look them up with a little googling and I believe joining their Discord is akin to joining our group.

P.S. If anyone would like to join the Knights of Colonial Karma, a branch of Knights of Karma, you can register in https://knightsofkarma.com/ . You will also get a link to our Discord from there.

The GVC Flying Tigers send out a big "Thank you!" and "o7" to all CMDRs who helped us to reach our goal.

Even though I think that the number 2,175 t is totally bogus, I won't complain, since we made it anyways this month. I delivered over 1,000 t myself and another GVC Flying Tigers member delivered 1,400 t in the December CG. Together with what I heard from some others, we should have been much closer to 2,600 t to 2,700 t - if there were other people involved of whom I don't know, probably even more...

But for the next time FDev plans something like this, I would honestly recommend FDev to get their act together (and create some working tools for this) up front, though! ;-)

Thanks for that.. Unfortunately the knights of Karma website doesn't function.

Definitely true!

While most groups that have successfully expanded to Colonia do ahve a website and a discord. You can find representatives of each group on Colonia Citizens Network. A near 2000 member strong communications nexus for folks operating in Colonia to mee tup and self organise.

Not Edward here, but the text for the May Migration CG has the following to say on the matter:

"The Colonia Council have stated that after this month’s appeal the Migration Initiative will be put on hold for a few months, allowing them to strengthen the infrastructure and review the process before colonising more worlds in the region."

So to folks who follow this thread. I wanted to point out to a website maintained by CMDR Ian Doncaster of Iridium Wing and Colonia Militia Forces fame, that provides BGS info in and around Colonia.

I hadn't expected it not to be shared yet.

Apparently it's mostly maintained by CMDR Ian Doncaster, themselves but you can contribute to it by registering on the website and getting involved in the CCN #colonia-bgs channel.
(You'd also be a censor officer, which is kinda cool in and of itself but I have a warped view of what's cool)

Only in the thread https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showt...ia-Expansion-Initiative-Phase-Three-Complete? where it says that "It does leave me with the hard task of telling the Fuel Rats that they are in fact not in Colonia. However, the Sovereignty are." So, no Fuel Rats (presumably even their carried-forward amounts failed to put them in the winners of Phase 4 or Phase 5...).
