I'm out at Colonia for a few days and one of the things for me to do here was to unlock the four on-foot engineers. I unlocked Balantos easily, but I haven't engineered anything with him yet as I've nothing currently needing doing.
I've also sold 10 Culinary Recipes to a bartender and docked and disembarked at more than 5 settlements, but neither Rosa Dayette or Eleanor Bresa will unlock. In Inara they're showing as unlocked, but in game they're just not.
Ordinarily I know you often have to wait a little, or relog, but it's been about four or five hours now and I've relogged, and quit to the desktop even restarting the launcher many times. It's never taken this long.
Has anybody else experienced this as I'm short on time. There's a carrier heading back to the bubble on Sunday with one of my ships and a ton of newly engineered modules on it, and I need to be on that carrier. I really want to unlock these other three engineers first though

I've just gone and double-checked and yes, you're right. One of them definitely say "Colonia system" but the other just says "Colonia" which is a region so far as I'm concerned. Now I have to find more culinary or cocktail repies. Bum. Thanks
