Horizons Colonia Sign up?

Kinda confused.

What is this "Frontier ID" that you need to sign up with to participate with the Colonia?

I've tried using my login from the FD website, but it says I do not exist. Obviously that's incorrect. Is there some OTHER kind of ID?

If so, where do you get it?

It's asking for you to use your FD store account logon.
