Colonisation Market BUG

I build decent Extraction/ Refinery Planet 2x Extraxtion Hubs + 1T2 Extraction + Refinery HUB, I have decent supply on my Starport (Coriolis) :
Surface Stabilisers ~4k, Polymers 18k, Semiconductors 2,5K, Superconductors 5k, Superconductors/ Steel/ Titanium 1-2K and plenty other metals.
After building Agriculture HUB, my market get broken all Refinery products swap to demand, and I get some random industrial output items even I not have any on Planet.

There seems to be some evidence that Frontier has last night changed the rules for economy influence so that the planet itself now generates some influence, in some circumstances - and can generate a much more substantial amount of it than the actual buildings do.

That market data looks about right for an Extraction/Refinery/Agricultural/Industrial Frankenstein's Market (i.e. it's a total mess) but it really shouldn't be under the previous rules.

(Looking at the system on Inara, you didn't even build the Agricultural hub on the same planet, did you?)

Its bugged, the person built everything EXCEPT industry buildings on his planet.
Its more likely every new building now ads 1.15 industry influence by mistake

Feels like a dev somewhere doesn't know the difference between + and * in a formula.
