Colonisation : Primary construction completed, still have the mission to deliver commodities for said construction

I completed the construction of my main facility, on which I docked, had access to the other constructions, and the mission was over and gone.
After restarting the game, the mission reappeared and the other constructions were unavailable. However, my orbital station is there and functional.
