I've experienced a pretty feature breaking bug with the colonisation update unfortunately. I successfully claimed a system early yesterday, deployed a beacon and the colonisation ship arrived. I spent a few hours shuttling goods back and forth. On my last delivery I dropped out of supercruise and requested docking access as usual, but got a docking request denied message - ship jump imminent. A short countdown followed and to my disbelief the ship jumped out out of the system, much like a fleet carrier.
It was kinda humorous at the time, I was tired so I logged off for the night. I lodged a support ticket with Frontier just in case - I had a small issue with the ship disappearing just before the maintenance update but it reappeared when the servers came back online, so I thought it would likely come back at some stage. Unfortunately this was not quite the case. When I logged back in today there was a colonisation ship, but it was not mine. Another commander has claimed my system. Pretty disappointed and I hope it can be fixed but Im not very hopeful for anything happening before the weekend.
I definitely did not relinquish the system or try to change starports. I was only 5% or so done in deliveries but all the small number materials had been delivered. Can anyone give me a comforting pat and say it will be alright!?
