Colonisation T3 storage Depot/Manual market.

My carrier currently serves as a deep space tritium Depot. With the introduction of Colonisation I was hoping that it'd be possible to turn the system into a colony that provides Tritium. With the current markets it does not appear that it'll be viable to produce the supply we'd like to have to support commanders traveling deep in the black.

Rather than disrupting the markets themselves. I'd like to see a storage depot installation added.
1 Large landing pad (some medium and small but large is mandatory when moving bulk cargo).
10,000 or more tons of storage per structure.
3 different sizes small(tiny) 5kt, Medium(small)10kt, Large(medium)25kt with increasing storage bays and cost would be a nice to have.

2 of these at 10,000t would be a substitute for a carrier. 3 of them would allow for full buy and sell orders to be available for easier replenishment.
They could be paired with a treasury installation that allows players to store credits to support these market activities much like they do on the carrier.

This would give us a T3 point sink that's not ever increasing station costs and help us provide a service to commanders in the black from our colonies while also allowing bubble commanders and people who play other roles to store their goods and free their carriers up for more active game play. It'd still take some development of the system and in smaller systems you might be forced to start with a t2 station but it'd add some very valuable utility.

I did consider having them influence a station to add these services but I think the nature of slots of systems that'd just make them more complicated without adding any value.
