Finally got my first systems outpost colonized and was looking at planetary construction next. I noticed there are 2 different tabs, one for settlements and one for hubs. It looks like hubs might just be bigger settlements? However some look like they might be the old horizon style settlements. The preview image is too small to clearly tell if they look like they have odyssey gameplay, and the description doesn't mention anything about it. Does anyone know if some old style horizon settlements are also in these construction menus? Are all the hub ones horizon settlements?
