Colonization Ship appeared out of nowhere.

I 've been architecting a system - Col 285 Sector BP-N b8-4 - for about two weeks now. Everything went fine, until today i saw a NEW Colonization Ship in orbit of a star.
What this may be? A bug? Or maybe there's a glitch to steal other player's claimed systems? It would be very disappionting to loose all the effort....

neither - nor. Another player did claim a neighboring system using a station in your system and after finishing his primary port, the ColShip returned to your system - all good and normal. no reason to panic
