Settlements and Installations that influence system economy... can they be placed anywhere in the system, or they influence only in their vicinity or on the body they are located?
For example: if I want to influence a coriolis station's economy with a Refinery, where should I place it? To the moon it's orbiting? Or the planet of the moon? Or anywhere in the system, until there are more Refineries than any other facilities that influence system economy?
