What is the meaning of the color shown in my target? For example, when i am targetting my destination, I used to see its outline in orange now I am seeing it in green... is it because I changed power sector?

Because you are friendly (I think cordial too) the colour displayed on stations and ships is green.
The selection colour of stations and security services changes from orange to green you when achieve cordial status with the controlling faction of any system.
You'll notice these stations are also nicer to you .. eg. your contact in the station will say welcome back, rather than just 'hello you'
Wow I understand. I actually just turned cordial on one faction...
