Colour grassland outside park borders?

I'm gonna make a awesome scenario for planet coaster. This will be in the Netherlands so i want flat lands so i chose grassland. But i want to color the grassland a bright green but i don't think its possible. I have noticed this might be possible maybe with the new update but i'm not sure. I have tried to search the forums but did not succeed. Please help!

In the menu, go to Sandbox and click on "custom sandbox" I think it's called. There, you can pick all of the textures you'd like, including bright green grass.

Sadly recolering won't be an option (yet).

What the update does include is changeable background, as example: I make a custom biome map with the alpine layout as choice, after the 1.4 update we can change the "alpine" mountains for the tropical background but stil keep the "location" of the spawnpoint from the alpine map... and my custom biome choice. (this will work for every "background" -> artic, alpine, tropical, desert, grassland and deciduous)

Then again, to make the most "custom" possible maps, I would use the scenario editor, in combination with the custom biomes, so you can place the spawnpoint wherever you want, and resize your map to your needs/ liking (shown in the youtube stream of last week (15/11).

They did explain this a litle bit on some streams too and there are screenshots of the "changeable backgrounds" here:

Hope this answers your questions, about what will be possible.

Hey Josh yes i played around with this option but you'd still see a square of outside borders and its just that i want to change. I want outside border to be flat and bright green. Thanks for helping me buddy! And yes Futurefear i think this does the trick! I would choose grassland biome. With tropical colors i think omg i'm so excited.
Thanks for reply's!

Do you mean the area outside the black here ?

Heya funrir yes outside the black area. I want a smooth transition in color. I want flat lands outside the black area, and no discoloring in the transition between them. Same with park borders. I hope i'm making sense... Thank you for your example!

That won't be possible, the black is the edge of the area we can edit ( after 1.4 hits ) what's outside is what they call the "skirt" and can't be altered as of yet - however - you can choose different skirts for it in the editor so there's that, grass, alpine, desert, trees, like when you start a new park...
