So, I bought my conda.
got A graded conda with good RNG rolls from palin (DD5), FSD and distributor (charge).

from my previous ships I have 2 L m cannons OC5 with corrosive, 2 efficient beams and 2 OC beams (3 with vent, one with shock).
I don't know what to do with the huge, the small (thinking turret pulse for npc) and which to choose.

I thought about focused pulse or long range beams. efficient? OC? rapid fire?
I use gimalled

and then I get to shield boosters. I dunno how the PP will hold (haven't modded it yet) I'm afraid of overheating, and on the other hand not being able to supply power to like 3-4 boosters.

I would love to have you opinion.

Basically I do pve, not PvP

This is what I use, it's multirole with decent shields, weapons, range and a mix of cargo/passenger slots, it's also capable of BH and medium range exploration, if you want a more combat focused ship swap the scoop for class 7 shields and the passenger cabins for HRPs/MRPs, the power plant took about 50 spins to get the increased power and efficiency but it's well worth the effort and iron is easy to collect.

Have a look at this link for the downsides of experimental special effects https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showt...ects-of-weapon-special-effects-complete-table personally I just try and get a weapon with decent DPS and low heat and power hence the efficient pulses.

I'm working on nailing down the PVP combat loadout for my Anaconda, and while I'm not yet able to really take on a meta PVP ship, it is more than capable for PVE Combat and has been able to survive three encouters with meta PVP ships, including a wing of FDLs (basically I've been able to absorb all damage with shields while waiting for FSD to charge). I stayed in a CZ for over an hour and left with full shields and 2mil CR in combat bonds, and last time in a HAZ Res earned 7mil CR in bounties and also left with full shields, all in open.

Again, build is not final and is for combat only, but for PVE I just drop some of reinforcement modules and two of the cell banks for a cargo rack, SRV, ADS, DSC, Fuel Scoop and am good to go.

Here is the build: https://eddp.co/u/CpVmh7ls

Power is an issue at the moment, but is manageable (usually keep cargo hatch disabled, and don't fire weapons while using cell bank).

While the 6C bi weave will have less MJ than a 7A generator, the total MJ is much, much higher if the 7A slot is used for cell banks. You can use two cell banks per heat sink, and since you won't have all of your weapons firing at once, you can maintain fire for a very long time.

I usually start with the beam and huge MC on the primary and the two frags on the secondary (shields don't last long). I then switch to all MCs on primary and frags or rails on secondary.

I'm working on gathering mats for 7A Thrusters + G5 DD, which means I also need an overcharged 8A Power Plant (or possibly higher engineered 8b). I'm not convinced that I like the rails on the small slots, and may switch to seekers or turreted MC (if I do this, one will be corrosive and I will change the large MC to incendiary rounds.

Also, use the B class cell banks rather than A class banks. The MJ recovered per bank is a little less, but with the extra bank the total MJ recoved by the B class module is higher.
