Where near Eravate/LHS 3447 can i get C grade gimbled pulse/milti cannons and on which slots should they be in? *i'd guess pulse would be medium slot*

Go to the map and change the tab so you can search, set it to high tech and move the population slider around a bit (GD 219 is one close to you, also look at Neto).

Once you have the filtering about right to see those two you will see a few more as well, if you check out a couple you should find most stuff.
