Combat Bond Help

I have managed to accrue combat bonds but I don't seem to be able to collect them.
If you look at the attached pictures you can see that I have a 52000 CR bond in 'Empire Assembly'. I am docked at Wilhelm Von Struve Port (labelled as Empire Assembly) and yet I cannot claim the bond as I'm told there are "No Local Combat Bond Vouchers". I've also got a 192000 CR bond in 'Jet Hand Gang' which I cannot collect despite flying to HIP 105368.



So the question is what have I missed or am I doing something wrong? Is this a bug? Can anyone suggest where I might be able to collect these bonds (maily because I don't like them cluttering up the transactions tab)?

It's entirely possible that you're at the wrong station. Faction names are recycled to a fare thee well in ED, with numerous, unrelated, factions sharing the same name.

If you got the bonds in a system that actually has that faction present, in most cases you should be able to cash them in. It may be worth checking another station in the system, if one is present, to see if it's possible.

I'd submit a ticket though. This may be something someone in Support can help you with, though it may take weeks to get anything more than an autoresponder reply, so don't expect a quick turnaround.

Thanks, I think I'll ticket it. In both cases the bonds were as a result of a mission but the factions were nowhere to be found nearby (or at least I couldn't find them). Has anyone else experienced this or is it just me?
