Combat bonds for engineer Juri not registering... issue any one else?

Been building up the combat bonds for Juri yesterday and this morning. Noticed that it has been slow to register the bonds I've collected (15-20 mins later) . But this morning - an hour since I claimed the first 2/3 and it's not shifted from the last update of 28/50.

I'm ensuring that I'm aligned with a faction which is with the feds, and gaining and handing in the bonds, but it's just not increasing the total for Juri.

Any one else seeing this?

I can confirm that she has, yes. Also switched from Private to Solo and vice/versa.

Pretty sure you have to cash them in, not merely collect them.

What she's been doing is getting about 3 or 4, then flying back to the station and claiming them.

I've got 28 already, it's just not registering all the others I've done this morning.

Just an update - seems like an issue with the engineers. Two bug reports in the last 12 hours, first materials not being updated for Jan another not having the combat bonds added for Juri.

I did this yesterday and handed in the total of 100,000 bonds instantly, and gained access. However there's multiple topic's about Engineer's not working as intended.
This could very well be one of them if you don't hand in the total amount instantly.

Not even the Traffic Control welcoming voice works at Engineers .... (I posted a bug report for this as soon as 2.4 dropped)

I also had this issue with trading at different stations, I forget which engi requires that), I traded at stations all over and no update. The problem suddenly went away (as it did for other reporters, to my knowledge), but nothing definitive was said by FD. It may be a recurrence of the same issue.
