Combat bonds increased?

Dropped into a conflict zone for the first time in a while and was getting 20k for a Viper. Sure it only used to be 10. 8k an Eagle and 52k a Python!

Prices were increased a while ago, I think somewhere just after 1.3, not sure though.

Don't have Imperial Clipper, etc., as I mostly fought in Federation space.
