If you interdict another player, and they are not present after a successful interdiction, please report it - along with approximate time&date (to within 15 min) and the other player's name, if known. We can then check server logs for any clues towards a bug or hacking.

Even if a player disconnects while dropping out of SC, FD will still be able to monitor it and take the same action as combat logging. If people are boosting away and using FA off and silent running, then well played :)

I think what's really happening is that the other player is submitting, then disconnecting in that sweet spot between the blue light and the spinning around in normal space. Perfect plausible deniability (Hey! I wuz all set to rumble - see, look! I submitted and all. Not my fault the other guy never showed.)
