I was just in Kaukhe and picked off a Utopian Overseer, when I landed in the station there I did not see any bonds or Merits for the kill. What am I doing wrong in trying to earn kill Merits? I thought killing Outside factions in a control system was fair game for bonds/Merits? I did get fortification Merits for my materials....
