Combat Missions/Bonds in Chapter 4

Has gaining Comber Bonds and finding Combat Missions changed with Chapter 4?

I ask because despite being in systems with Conflict Zones where I'm allied with the warring factions I've not found a single Combat Mission since the update. I've also tried dropping into CZ's, picking a side, and helping that side win - but on returning to a station I'm still not gaining any Combet Bonds.

The only other thing that I can think of that changed at about the same time that the new chapter dropped was that I pledged to Aisling Duval but I don't want to drop that (to see if that's affecting things) until after I've unlocked and bought a bunch of Prismatics.

I'm still getting combat bonds. Are you not seeing them in your left panel?
Also do you mean CZ massacre missions? Not seen any since the update.
