First: I know, Quince is broken. But there is a way around this.
My solution: Allow for stacking more missions from a single faction, but you can't stack more than 8 combat focused missions at the same time from any number of factions. Would in my opinion make much more sense and reduce the frustration when people are trying to affect results of war/civil war. If you have a better idea, post it here.
