Combat NPCs need to be fixed

They ignore heat. They have infinite ammo. They can ignore mass lock and high wake to systems that are blocked by a planet. Assassination targets disappear and reappear back in the system literally seconds later in a new ship with a completely different loadout when they run away. NPC's frame shift drives operate even when destroyed. They can win turn battles in ships that have no right turning as quickly as the NPCs can make them, even if they were using flight assist off.. against ships that are more maneuverable than theirs!

It's got to stop, it's ridiculous and makes combat inaccessible to new players that want to experience that part of the game until they are much, much later in the game, and the basic/weak NPCs don't pay anywhere near enough in bounties to justify hunting them.. It's time they were made to follow the mechanics, not ignore them-- it kills any semblance of immersion when it comes to combat and even with regards to travel they can ignore the constraints players have.
