With the nerf of RES sites and the great increase in combat now in combat zones, ( the way it should be ) what is the best way to progress in combat rank?
In CZ sites not all the ships are Mostly Harmless, which from what I am reading doesn't help to increase your combat rank. I thought combat rank increased by number of kills not rank of the ships you kill?
