Coming back to elite

I've not played in a long while probably about 8 months. Ive desided to give it another run out and I'm going to reset my save.

My old save was elite exploration and a fair few million in the bank.

This time round I'm going to see how far I can get with pure exploration. No combat or trading, at least until I meed to get some marts for the engineers.

Exploration is easier these days with all those improved jump ranges we have now. But unfortunately you will need to do a fair bit of combat to progress with some of the engineers

A good while ago (1.5/2 years) I went out to Sag A after a couple of weeks play. When I got back my commander netted 20 million Cr. I've just been out to Colonia and a one way trip with only an ADS and virtually no planet scanning got me 40+ million. I think you'll do fine but rep for trying different play styles.
