Newcomer / Intro Commander's log tool. Where can I find it?

Hi!

Last week I bumped across the thread here at the forums what was about commander's or captain's log kind of tool (3rd party external) where you can mark the things accpeted from bulletin board etc.
Now I can't find the damned thread anywhere. Any help? Think this might be the right place to ask and share knowledge of it at the same time.

I've used cmdrs log for a while now but recently started using tce. BTW you'll be wanting to use EliteOCR with both tools :

Cmdrs log is excellent btw but the author has just had a baby so updates will be few and far between for a while. That's why I tested tce aswell as the excellent overlay function. It's a pity as I have over 150 systems worth of data in cmdrs log I can't import in to tce lol

I personally found cmdrs log with ocr faster than tce but as you install the ocr tool into tce it's more intuitive and easier to use.

I use a tablet with a text editor. I have integrated it into my cockpit console for easy access. I always try to keep my comp running as pure as possible when gaming.
