Comment when leaving Rep?

I did a quick (really quick) search, but couldn't find anything. :S When you leave a rep for a post, can you enter a comment? I used to be able to, but I can't see an area I can type into when I do it now. Not a critical issue, but I like to be able to write funny messages when someone makes me lawl

Them comments be disabled, seems.

You could always write them a direct message. Don't forget to put love and kisses at the end.
