Commit crimes in a system

Hello all, I have a PP mission which requires me to commit crimes in a system. I'm to gain a bounty of 495,920 credits. (I'm currently living the pirate dream and going after everything!)
My bounty (In fines and bounties) is at 3,789,000 CR but my progress is only at 50,000 / 495,920. Is this a bug?

This week I have to delivery a certain amount of cartographic data, flew exactly to one of the stations the mission showed me and nothing. No progress in that mission, these task look somehow broken to me ...

Jerome Archer has a commit crime in system task this week and I found the same difficulty. At the rate I’m gaining bounties, this would take a month to complete, so I’m just going to skip it. It's too bad because it's kind of fun.
