Commodities are valuable

Hi,

First things first, english isn't my first language so please have patience. I'm a relatively new player so my wallet is shorter than most of yours and my routine to make money in the Elite universe is much more fluctuating.
I really like the fact that there are many ways to earn money in the game, but some ways in my opinion are less logic than others due to the fact, that ALL the commodities ingame are in my opinion far to cheap. Thats why I would suggest:

Higher all commoditiy prices by factor 15 to 20.

This sounds like a drastic change but here are my explanations:

1. If I find canisters in space, at the moment there is low reward to high risk to actually picking it up. As long as my cargohold is empty, I will never be attacked by NPC pirates and at the moment there is no cargo to find that is worth changing this fact.

2. Piracy at the moment means: Risking my ship for cargo that is not worth the risk (rebuy cost). This can not be changed otherwise and is in my opinion the reason why only NPCs are doing it.

3. For logistic missions today the pilot gets much more money than the carried cargo is worth. From an economy perspective this doesn't in any way make sense.

4. Trading is a valid way to make money. Higher values would higher the risk to loose something but could higher the reward. Additionally with higher values market fluctuation would have more impact and market analysis would be more interesting.

5. I would really like to make my income by finding canisters on planets and in USSs but this is timewise much more effort and nearly no reward compared to any quest related time. I really find it depressing that finding these crashsites after an hour on a planet feels like a waste of time because each quest I could have made would give 20 times the money. Changing the commodity values would make all canisters in the universe worth the search for it but even with 20 times more value it wouldn't be unbalanced because it allways would be a gambling, there is the risk of dying while carrying around the finds and while there is money to earn there is no reputation.

So this is my suggestion and I think it is a very much "easy to do" change with great impact on my game experience. Have I missed something or forgotten a downside of this? Let me know.
